I can definitely dub tapes - a guru at that If you want I can get the copy and throw the Helpmanns and Tamsin on GMA as well |

I think I love you lol not the first time I've heard that one j/k Just need to find that number for GMA (though I really wish OzHair would tell us if her friend managed a copy or not) - don't want to end up getting totally embarrassed on the phone ETA: I rang them but got their answering machine yet again so the chances of actually getting a call back are about as good as me meeting Tamsin again *zilch* |

Okay just rang GMA - I can't get a copy of it because they only allow you to buy the segment if you were involved in it due to Copyright, etc. So sorry folks no way we can see this unless by a miracle they repeat it at the end of the year  |

Oh no Pat, please come back and save us!!!!! How about a transcript at least? Oh they're so mean  Can you still tape me the other bits? I promise I'll get to work on copying my little boots soon too since I should be able to use the dubber soon. Should  I was actually listening to them all today and while overall the quality can only be termed by two words (crap as), some bits actually weren't so bad, and were pretty clear. I was dead chuffed with that |

Thanks I only hope the tapes sound as good (though 'good' is still a rather strong word ) when copied. The Hair ones are pretty much a lost cause though, the thing was playing up Hmm, I wonder if writing Bert a sob-story letter would induce him to repeat the interview - or song, but preferably interview (OK, preferably both ;D) over Christmas. Probably not, but it can't hurt.. |

I did the first 40 mins of Bye Bye Birdie last night onto cd but then the computer's power died so I couldn't burn them - that's the prob of working off a laptop without a power pack I added a rather dodgy information thingy (one that I had to put somewhere - it might move to articles section though) to my disclaimers section about how I became a TC fan - so if anyone wants to check it out, it's all there <g> I seem to always miss Tamsin on GMA though. I missed her last year when she sang As Long As He Needs Me (which they did not repeat at the end of the year even though Oliver! was playing strong in Melbourne) and then the July 1 interview - the only one I managed to see of her on the show was when she sang Easy to Be Hard from Hair (and don't even get me started on missing Peter Carroll on May 31 show). |
