Or, if you can't see any - which would you most wish to see?

Sunset, for sure.
Would love to see Ragtime at some stage.

what about a review?!
where they can jam-pack in the headliners.
would 'putting it together' be unreasonable?

Oh gosh, something like that would be FABULOUS! Or something a little different...some crazy music hall type plotless show I'm dancing around for KMK, seriously. And the funny thing is, as with HS, I wasn't a big fan of the film, yet somehow the idea of it on stage has me thrilled to the core. So glad it's first off the bat And good gracious me, I'm dying to see who they cast as Bianca/Lois, and her suitors! I had the best ideas in mind for the latter

They definitely need to get some Sondheim in there. If they're going to go modern enough to justify SB, surely they can throw in something like Sweeney Todd or Into The Woods, if they don't want to go too obscure.
I wouldn't have thought a revue is really their thing. But then, I thought the same for SB, and look what we've got.
Maybe even Gypsy. I'd have some casting ideas for that.

The Scarlet Pimpernel!
Parade!
How fantastic would they be?

Ooh, Parade, yes My tentatives for next year are State Fair...and/or possibly Seven Brides For Seven Brothers. It'd follow nicely on from AGYG and Oklahoma I'd also adore On the Town to be done, one day, but am not really holding out for it.

funny you should say that, I suggested 7 brides for 7 brothers to rachael.... the truth is, there ain't enough singers that can hold out the dancing... (even though they're meant to be concert formatted).
but.... on the town would totally rock. has it even hit our shores before?

Scarlet Pimpernel would be fun, certainly. And I know my casting for that.
Parade would be nice to see in any incarnation, but for obvious reasons would be blooming hard to put on.
What level of dancing does 7BF7B have? I wouldn't have thought it would be so strenuous? But then, I barely know it at all.

well, in the film of 7bf7b, there's a whole 15 minute acrobatic woo chopping routine, where the brothers build a barn, and do this big dance off - ala jets and sharkks... then the girls fall for the winners.... bigmichael kidd dance numbers

I'd also love Silk Stockings. A trio of S's - and there's another dose of Porter but.... on the town would totally rock. has it even hit our shores before? Not that I know of, unfortunately...or perhaps fortunately - meaning that TPC can go and tackle it for us! I've long had a soft spot for it...for any film with Ann Miller really (hence my (over) excitement at KMK) and I really think it could be done well. Small cast though; not sure how a chorus would really fit into it? And yeah, SBFSB has an amazing amount of highly energetic dancing...and it used to be a mini dream of mine that someday, someone would do it and switch around the roles in the barn-raising dance, so the girls could get to do the amazing stuff, and I could be one of those girls It's just so much FUN to watch!!

They did a small-cast musical year before last, though, so it wouldn't be any worse than that, surely. That's why I didn't rule out ITW completely.
