I'll be putting in sites which belong to members and friends of Wayakka. If you have a site which you would like in here, email me or PM me or contact me any other way , and chances are I'll put it in. It'd really help if you could also include a description of the site. I've set it so that only I can post here for now, so that I can monitor the content of the sites posted. ~Julia

I have written and produced a new musical based on the novel “Anthem” by Ayn Rand. It is a classic story of individualism pitted against collectivism. The cast recording is finished. We have launched a web site for “Anthem” and it can be found at www.anthemthemusical.com here you can listen to parts of the musical, as well as get a grasp of what we are doing. Thank you for your time, Drew Puzia

I'll reply on Talissa's behalf and say welcome! I had a quick look at you site, and I think you've hit the nail on the head - the number of high schools that are doing adult shows is quite high where I live. The one where I work has made a concious decision to steer away and get the kids doing kids shows. Again - welcome! Buff

Mind you, I remember doing a kid's show in grade 11 and hating it. Prior to that, our school had done 'real' shows that were kid-friendly like Joseph. Then we got a new drama teacher and did shows that as a high school student I felt were too juvenile. With the exception of a matinee performance filled with primary school students, all the other performances had a mostly adult audience and I thought there were enough legitimate musicals out there that were age-appropriate for us and that the adults would enjoy.
That being said, I think some of the choices schools make about which musical to do is ridiculous, and I Love The Knightlife looks like incredible fun to perform and watch.

Dear Lana
Thanks for your positive feedback.
I've deliberately designed the shows to be fun to do and entertaining to watch.
The next challenge for me is to find a talented musician to write some new music for the productions.
I also allow directors to make wholesale changes to the script because I've been involved in many a show where whole scenes simply should have been cut but because of restrictions they remained and bored the socks off everyone involved.
