news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/showbiz/3147129.stmThis is just a nice little article I came across, commemorating the 7,000th West End production. It doesn't really have anything we didn't know, except a little box with trivial facts about the West End production. That's a lot of ice cream

Wow, I'm surprised they aren't all incredibely fat ballerina's, even with all that dancing on point.
Two million icecreams, do you realise this is going to annoy me all night? They must have eaten one a day, at least. Still, after a show I suppose your in icecream mode.
I'm not surprised about the pain killers though!

I think they're talking about the ice cream that they sell in the theater during intermission - all of the audience can buy. I find it quite funny that, in New York, if you bring ANY food into the theater, they get mad, and in England, they sell ice cream, a rather messy food, in the aisles during intermission.

That makes sense! See I didn't think they would really be selling icecream in the foyer's, especially considering it's such a messy food as you said Rosefyre. They don't really do that in Perth, being my only theatre experience and all.

I've found there are usually ice creams in the foyer at interval in Melbourne, but you're not allowed to bring any food into the auditorium

I love ice cream, so this conversation is all very important to me. But you say you don't like French ice cream. I hope it isn't because it isn't as nice as Australian ice cream. That could be a terrible problem when it comes to moving to France. I might have to keep crossing the Channel to get my ice cream fix... Btw, je suis tres heureuse de te voir ici, OG Bienvenue! ~Julia

I also love ice cream. I wish they would sell it during intermissions over here in the States. I'm sure Buff will have something to say about this conversation... -John
