Has anyone heard the recording of Hello Little Girl on the Putting it Together album? I heard it just before, and it really is interesting. It's all jazzy, and I'm getting rather amusing images of the wolf dressed in a tacky suit approaching Little Red (dressed in a sequined outfit) in a sleazy piano bar...

I haven't heard the particular version you're talking about, but when I went to see the show, the guy who played the wolf had a very deep lounge-singer-type voice, so I can totally understand where you're coming from. "Hello Little Girl" has always been one of my favorite parts of the show.
