Hi Carrie! Nice to hear from you :-) I really want to go to the UK but I'm a bit scared to go while my character is so evil and hated!! I went to Kym Valentine's musical Dirty Dancing and it was amazing, but I actually went on the one night Kym was sick and didn't perform! I couldn't believe it. Don't be scared! You HAVE to come. If anyone says anything, give them the "evils" or stick your tongue out at them! Ha! Then shout from the rooftops, "MY NAME IS NATALIE NOT IZZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Damn, on the Kym front! What a bummer! That's something that would happen to me. I'd get hyped up about seeing someone, get there and the understudy would be there instead. But hey, sometimes the understudies are better, isn't that true?!!! Hehe!
As for RENT!!!!!!! WAHOO! You have great taste, you truly do! All I have been listening to for the past few weeks is the Rent Broadway cast recording. I love it! Although, I did get quite a few strange looks from people when I was singing "Would you light my candle?" and "Mooooooooo with me" in class. Pah! The lyrics are genius! We had to do a short video for single camera drama and in the script was, "Mark, Mark!" I automatically burst into Mark's mom - voice over #1! Everyone thought I'd gone insane (even more so) !
Adding on, you sounded great in RENT! Far better than Original Broadway cast recording!
