Hey all, Not sure how many Brisbane readers there are here but thought I'd let you know about Chloe Dallimore's new show "The Letter" which opens at the Twelfth Night Theatre on Feb 26 and runs for three weeks. Star of The Producers, Thoroughly Modern Millie and Chicago, Chloe has written, directed, produced and will star in the musical, set in the 1930s in New York. The two leads, Audra (Dallimore) and Jeremy (James Millar), meet at a supper club and begin a romance. When Jeremy moves to Italy for the summer, their only form of communication is through writing letters. But Jeremy is keeping a vital piece of information from Audra, and Audra is wary of succumbing to Jeremy, with good reason. Will they take that leap of faith in the hope of finding unconditional love and trust? The show is essentially "An Affair to Remember" meets "Dancing With The Stars" - it's Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers brought to life on stage with the sizzling tap dance routines and romantic glamour you'll remember from some of the 1930s' most loved films and musicals. It features some of Australia's most exciting and high-profile theatre talent including Chloe Dallimore herself, the incomparable James Millar (Oklahoma!, Company) and the multi-talented Chris Horsey (Hot Shoe Shuffle, 42nd St) and Dale Pengelly (Singin' in the Rain, Carousel) . For more information, and to book tickets, call 07 3252-5122 or go to www.twelfthnighttheatre.com.auHope this is of some interest to you theatre people!

It is pretty fab, huh?
The show will open in Brisbane with plans to tour in Sydney and Melbourne later on depending on which theatres are free!

Ooooohhhh. I guess the theatres will be pretty chocka until after Comfest, so hopefully we get a nice little visit right after that! And if Hatpin were to come as well, it'd be even better!
