David Hasselhoff has said his new reality show is going to be like the series Fame.
The 57-year-old recently ended his role as a judge on America's Got Talent and will be starring in his own reality show.
He said: "My goal is to be a good dad to my daughters, to stay healthy and go out there and be a performer."
Ten 30-minute shows have been ordered as part of a docu-series by A&E and they will feature Hasselhoff with his two daughters Taylor Anna and Hayley as the former Knight Rider star tries to crack the music industry.
Talking about America's Got Talent, he said: "The problem was that I wasn't creatively fulfilled, sitting there being a judge. It just takes up so much of your time, I felt like my life was passing me by."
