I didnt know where else to write up about Yonkers' completely ignorant comments regarding Kaye Tuckerman from Dusty who CHOSE (because she had a right to) to leave a JOB because of very legitimate workplace DISSATISFACTION.
Yonkers, I am not sure if you have ever left a job. But I can imagine, if you had, one thing that would mightily anger you would be if people started to theorise on exactly what took place and the repercussions of those actions. Particularly people who clearly do not have their facts at all straight. The performer you were ripping apart has not done herself a disservice, but a majorly big service. Everyone who is actually a legitimate player in the industry and knows the reasons for Kaye's resignation (again, I say, I have never heard a RESIGNATION to be a career killer, no matter how sudden). Regardless, everyone who knows Kaye's reasons for leaving stand by her and completely understand why she felt she needed to resign so quickly...most importantly, for the sake of personal matters surrounding her own life.
So please get your facts straight before you post some of the nonsense you are sprouting. And one last thing, Kaye has never been regarded as trouble in anything. That is a made-up defamation by you as you obviously have a further agenda against this performer for reasons you are not willing to divulge.
I think you ought to check your sources and your assumptions. Particularly check if Kaye was, indeed, PLAYING Dusty the night she resigned from the show. That would be a good start. The word "cruel" is one that is coming up in my mind about you, Yonkers. Whoever you are.
And if you must know, Kaye has a large amount of work lined up due to the fact that many people respect her, know she is fantastic to work with, a fantastic performer and understand her private and legitimate reasons for leaving that show. Which is over now and has not a damn thing to do with her future. Again I say, resigning from a job is not a crime or a sin. People do it everyday.
So stop being a bully. This website says, when you sign up, that you agree to refrain from false, defamatory, inaccurate and hateful posts. I believe yours was all of that due to an agenda you seem to have against this performer. Sad thing is, your words are attempting to do her, and her career damage, while you stay safely hidden behind your pseudonym. Your posts are cowardly, ignorant and downright mean for no productive reason whatsoever.
Get your facts straight, Yonkers, and get back on here when you actually know what on earth you are talking about. Or more importantly, on a moral level, WHY you are talking about it. It doesn't seem to be serving any productive reason, for anyone reading these forums, whatsoever.
(Talissa- I think it was a wise decision to stop Yonkers from attempting to do anymore damage by closing the thread, however I believe that thread should be altogether removed as it works against the website member disclaimer/agreement about posts that are acceptable and unacceptable. Thanks for a fantastic website.)
PS: Oh, and to get one thing very clear (because I know it has been a proven issue on other discussion forums), I am NOT Kaye. But I am a fellow performer who respects her and her work ethic very, very much.
