Now, would this go here as a companion topic to the Aussies in London thread, or would it go in the Made in Australia forum? Ah, decisions, decisions. Anyway, I thought it best not to clog up the Virgins Unplugged thread with actual, y'know, news. Because yay, article! baltimore.broadwayworld.com/viewcolumn.cfm?colid=11758VERY impressed, too, to read that the concert raised over $13,000. Awesome And as I look at my nice sparkly Virgins CD, yes I do feel a little extra warm and snuggly for having helped (although my own New York funds were not so happy) You know what we need here? Some kind of Wayakka prize for the person who can get the most people to see Virgins at the NYMF. I hope everyone is pimping the hell out of the show like I am! If you know anyone in New York, or near New York, it's your duty as an Australian theatre-lover to pester them to go see Virgins I've so far got two definites...you don't have much to beat (unless all of my maybes come through)
