TAI CHI CHUAN FOR PERFORMERS in London
We are offering classes for actors, dancers, choreographers and performers of all types in the art of Tai Chi Chuan as a form of movement training and mental self-regulation. Tai chi Chuan is the excellent additional movement training. Regular practise helps to improve natural body centering, coordination, accuracy and fluency of movements, arouses bodily memory and awareness, develops physical and mental endurance. The ideal state of Tai Chi practitioners is described as: "Energy flows as water, while the spirit shines as the moon." This is a relaxing, highly structured, Chinese martial art. At its highest levels, Tai Chi Chuan is good for self defence and can lead to a lifetime of higher learning.
