Somebody's playing a joke on me. At my tram stop, on the back of the timetable, is a sign that just says "Spring Awakening: Forty-Five Downstairs" and some dates in June. "Surely not," I thought. Maybe its just a coincidence in name for a gallery show or something, but as the web search I just did yielded nothing, and www.fortyfivedownstairs.com isn't updated that far, the speculation continues, and I thought I'd drag others into it. So there. James

I saw something about it a week or two ago, but couldn't find anything else, so decided I must have been imagining it.
It feels like it's some mythical beast that we're tracing sightings of.

Spring Awakening was a play before it was a musical... trust me, the Broadway rights wouldn't be out yet! They are probably doing the play, which is nowhere near as exciting but still very good, and would shed a lot of light on the musical I suspect...

Yes. Ten points to thoroughlymodern. The What's on has now been updates, and it doesn't appear to be the musical.
