Hey guys, we had our closing night of Salomé last night - the show run went really well. This was my first time directing, and I was really happy with how it all turned out. I did it in the round, and made it a physical theatre piece. The dance of the seven veils became the dance of the seven elastics ( ), in a rhythm-based, intense, rape-like scene. The whole sounscape was live - created by my actors. I must admit I know very little (allright - nothing ) about the show, but the pictures are stunning. "Visual feast" is good way to describe them. Buff

Thanks guys! That was actually one of the things I was going for in this production: to make it about the aesthetic (like dance is). Visual feast is what I was aiming for
