As a non-performing member of Wayakka, I rarely get an opportunity to make a fool of myself in public. For anybody who's been waiting for me to to this, or if you'd just like to see it, tune in to The Einstein Factor this coming Sunday (August 20th) on ABC tv.
I haven't seen it yet and all I remember is being really self-conscious. Not nearly so much as I'll be at 6:30 on Sunday, but too late to do anything about it now. Unless I don't don't tell anybody. Yes, there's an idea. Hang on, I'll just send this message and then...
Edit: Doh!

Well, it was going to be Sondheim (surprised?) but they've already done that, and given it's Children's book week, they were interested in the second option I foolishly included: Alice in Wonderland.

Well Done James - not bad coming second to someone who's special subject is a little too common for my liking. Especially so that it isn't even your main area of expertise. I wouldn't be able to think of one.........

Bugger - I forgot all about the show. I was busy burning DVD's of Buff Jnr. Glad you went well. Buff

Next time I see you, there will be MANY bad James Mason impersonations. And I am much under 35.

Thanks for your comments, but I can't really blame coming second on her topic being Harry Potter. I knew the answers to all my questions, I just didn't process them as well.
Clearly I'm going to need an anti-Sally disguise.

By the by, I fully expect to see a Wayakkian on next year. You could do "Broadway Musicals of the {insert decade here}" or "Original Australian Musicals" or "The Life and Times of Anthony Warlow."
I seriously recommend it. It's a lot of fun.

Clearly I'm going to need an anti-Sally disguise. I think the show'd be a lot of fun to go on...part of me would *love* to try it, the other part can't help but think, musical theatre trivia nights plus television, and go no way (although my topic wouldn't be of the MT variety. Well, not entirely)
