The off B/way musical "Batboy" finally arrives in Melbourne this comming Wednesday at Chapel Off Chapel till September 28th. Just remember that Chapel Off Chapel is one of the few theatre precincts to offer a constant flow of theatre and cararet shows and without it and the semi professional companies here there would be NO theatre in Melbourne.

I've just got back from Melbourne and one thing I noticed was the huge number of shows (professional/semi-pro/amateur) that there are to see. I would read the paper and yell to my wife "Oh, there's a production of 'xxxxxxx' on!! Can we stay longer!?"

"Bat Boy" was one of those. _{mutter mutter, damn Bass Strait mutter mutter}
