Hey Wayakkers! Just wanted to let you all know that my first musical Dutch Courage, after seasons in Adelaide and Melbourne has been picked up by New York's Wings Theatre company. This is really exciting for me as I finally have a proper excuse to go to New York. Dutch Courage has a book by Barry Lowe, and will be directed by Will Conyers - who I'm sure you all know around here As such we're holding an all star reading of Dutch Courage in Sydney on Wednesday 27th of Feb as part of Mardis Gras. The cast will feature Jack Webster, Hayden Tee, Darren Mapes, Scott Ogier, Ross Burford, Lyall Brooks and Alex Jenkins. You can get more info and download some tunes at dutchcourage.info. Hope to see some of you there! Cheers Sean

Hey all
We're actually on tomorrow night at Theatreworks - sorry for the late notice. Three shows Thursday 10th till Saturday 12th.
Hopefully some wayakkers can get along. I'm flat out rewrititing EF for a London workshop so I can't get along. But it's going to be a great night.

EF for London as well? Well done! Good to see you're getting a bit of international work going there.
I'm booked on Saturnight for Dutch Courage. It was looking for a moment as though I might not be free for any of the performances, but lucky!

I'm crap at writing reviews but I definitely enjoyed it. The whole feel of the piece was fantastic - great atmosphere already with no set, I reckon it'd be amazing fully staged! Good characters too - everyone was so distinct and even in that short time we learnt about each and every one of them. Plus, it takes a lot to get me interested in a bunch of boys...and I was definitely interested in them and their stories ;D
