I just received the CD'S I ordered from amazon (Jekyll & Hyde with Anthony and Pirates of the Caribbean Soundtrack). I made my mum listen to ones of the Pirates songs because I'm in love with it. While she was listening she goes to me "so, the movie this is from is a musical?". I said "no'. She said "oh... so this is just a musical with the same concept as the movie then?" "no mum, it is just a sountrack!" LOL!! ;D She couldn't get her head around the fact that I bought a CD that wasn't a musical! Anyone have similar stories where people have been surprised you do like some things besides musicals?

No, because there's very little I like which isn't in some way connected with musicals ;D
But I must say, PotC soundtrack? I have a friend who'd kill for that. Is it only available through Amazon here? How much did it cost?

Yeah I went looking through all my local CD stores (including Leading Edge, Kmart and Mall Music) and none of them had the PotC soundtrack, or knew anything about getting it in. I enquired as to the cost of shipping it in, and it actually worked out to be more than amazon, so I got it from amazon.
It's fantastic - I love it dearly (I love the movie, and I love pirates aswell). It has 15 songs on it - it is rather a short CD, but it's still wonderful.
I think it worked out to be approx $30 including shipping & handling, because it was on sale at amazon.
