Hi everyone, how are we all! I'm new to the forum (which is very cool might I add). My name is Josh Lowe, you may have seen me in the most recent LMS or Players' productions.
In early March next year I along with Lock Brownlie am directing/choreographing a dance production called Protéger (french for 'to guard/protect'). We are currently in the planning and casting phases and are looking for young aged dancers and a few vocalists, so if you're interested or know anyone, give me a tingle - otherwise it will be entry by invitation.
Protéger will consist of two acts worth of solos, duos and group dances, some accompanied by singers - all of which relate to the fragile nature of the human condition. I don't want to reveal any of the other secrets of the show, but make sure you all come and see it ^_^
Cheers.

I think you should include an interpretive dance of Phantom of the Opera a la the DVD extra with Dracula'sBride!SarahBrightman and mullet!Raoul.
No, I don't think I'll be coming to see it... slight factor of me being in it... =)

You're funny.
Joking aside, it's going to be brilliant. I'm excited to just be a part of it.

Hi guys! Always good to have more Tasmanians visiting the board. Have a look around and you'll find a few threads relating to Tassie theatre and a few other Tasmanians as well. Buff

A good write up on the front page of the Launceston Advertiser (a monthly paper for the Launceston area only). Excellent publicity. Buff

Thanks Buff!
It was a brilliant season and we had good crowds too. Yay. I was so pleased with the review, if only it had been published while the run was still on.
Look out for our next show which is already being planned!
