Me too. Finishing work at eight on Frinights is evil.
And Buff, I'm not at all sure... A couple of hours, I'd guess? Not too long to justify the drive, of course ;D

Goodie, we should get tickets on Saturday if they're on sale by then that is. And Buff, just looking at my atlas and comparing it to other distances, I'd guess 2 1/2 to 3 hours, give or take? You should definitely go ;D

Yep it takes 2.5 - 3 hours to go from Canberra to Sydney.
Groovy that's the week of Easter which is my mid-semester break, might have to try and grab tickets to it.

Songs from the Lloyd Webber musicals, Cats, Phantom Of The Opera, Evita, along with Les Miserables, Chess, A Little Night Music, Into The Woods, and many others. Based on my keen eye for clues, I'm guessing the "many others" will include at least one song from Jekyll & Hyde. Jeez you girls can whinge. I'll have to take a night of work to go to any of the three shows. Not that I consider it optional or anything. James

I swear, if Michael sings This is the Moment, it will be the death of me. In the best of ways.

I swear, if Michael sings This is the Moment, it will be the death of me. In the best of ways. He probably will - I swear I've got a copy of him singing that years ago but I can't remember wtf I put it

So, we've got some of the solos, and it looks like it'll be brilliant.
Michael and Silvie - Wheels of a Dream (That's bound to be brilliant) John - Being Alive John - High Flying, Adored John and Melissa - Master of the House Michael and John - Lily's Eyes (Another brilliant one)
I suppose that leaves This is the Moment for Michael himself ;D
Thanks to Broadway at Bedtime for that information!

I saw Michael Cormick on Mornings with Kerry-Ann singing "Anthem" from Chess. He did it in a way so different to other people's versions - it was excellent. Buff

He did it brilliantly. Ditto for his Gethsemane. Actually, ditto for all his pieces But good grief, that was the most racing Do You Hear The People Sing (sung by the choir) I've ever heard. And speaking to people in the choir afterwards, it seems it was a surprise to them, as well ;D
