Where is the stage door at the Arts Centre? Are there different ones for the different theatres. I always assumed there would be some sort of hidden car park for important people.... and performers. HS would be a good show to stake out. I'll be there on Wednesday too. James

The problem with the Arts Centre is that there are at least three doors through which actors can escape leave the theatre, the least commonly used of which (from my experience) is the labelled stage door. Quite a few seem to use the door near the bottom of the escalators, opposite the box office, and others take the lift straight up to street level.
Anyone else have alternate escape routes?
And wow, it's looking to be quite a party on the Wednesday! We'll have to make sure we find you and say hi, James.

We now have three Urinetown cast members in High Society. Gary Down, last seen as Senator Fipp, will be in the show, I assume as Uncle Willie.

Toni Lamond was on GMA yesterday - with her son Tony Sheldon.
She's got huge wraps on Tamsin.
Jeanne Pratt will be on GMA today.

Okay Bert so better have Tamsin on before HS is on...
He had Simon Burke on yesterday and they were talking about Take Flight for a min then about HS.
Bert was praising Tamsin through the roof - definitely need to do the transcript of that for my site.
Less than 3 weeks away now!

Latest snippet of news is that Paul Mercurio has been signed on as choreographer for Annie Get Your Gun. Still searching for more casting details for High Society. (Yes, I'm impatient )

Since it's about 2.5 weeks before Carousel opens, and still the only name I've heard is David Campbell, I thought I'd better check to see if any of you have heard anything. It's driving me mad not knowing! There are new fliers in the Arts Centre for it, but they're basically palm-sized cards, with Annie Get Your Gun on the other side, and no more information than what we already know.

Aha, you beat me to it. I actually went down to the Arts Centre right after posting that, on my way to rehearsals, and saw that now there are proper fliers.
They mention David Campbell as Billy, Danielle Barnes as Julie, Anne Wood as Mrs Mullin, Carrie Barr, Terence Donovan, Melissa Langton, Adam Murphy and Derek Taylor.

Frank Butler will be played by Scott Irwin Buffalo Bill will be played by Terence Donovan
Now, let's see whether we can learn any of the others without having to wait for the fliers to come out.

Pfft. I actually find out some of the casting, and then they go and actually announce it!
So aside from Marina, Scott and Terence, in Annie Get Your Gun we have Michael Carman, Gary Down, Adam Murphy and Nicki Wendt.
