Apparently it'll ctually be David Campbell taking over as Joe in SB. Now, he'll be brilliant. Maybe Simon's Max?

Okay, here's what I've heard for Kiss Me Kate; Marina Prior- Kate/Lilli Vanessi, Scott Irwin- Frank(can't remember his 'character' name), Lucy Durack- Bianca/Lois Lane, Adam Murphy- Bill/Lucentio(I think that's his character's name?), Matthew Robinson- Hortensio, Alex Rathgeber- Gremio- does anyone know who is playing the 'General'? And have I missed any characters out?
I'm so pleased David Campbell is doing SB- are the rest of the old cast still doing it- I want whoever is playing Betty to give their role up and I want to see Lucy do it! While it would be hilarious that she would have a role in each show- 'Betty' was the one I originally REALLY wanted to see her play- I think she'd be perfect!

lol! They'd be able to rename it The Lucy Durack Company As far as I know, though, Chelsea's still doing the role. The only reason David's doing it is because Michael obviously loves England more than he loves us Oooohhh, this cast's looking pretty darn hot, too! I'm really looking forward to KMK, and it's only a couple of weeks away! Will you be coming down to Melbourne for it?

Oooohhh, this cast's looking pretty darn hot, too! Too darn hot! Thank goodness I'm saving money, or I'd hop right out and get me a third ticket. Actually, TPC's cheap tickets really are very cheap...

I SO hope to be able to come down for it- it just depends on work that week ( I often have to put in extra hours over the weekend)- I'll probably only know the week before- I will 'WILL' us to have a quiet week! Ideally I'd come down for the weekend and see the matinee AND evening performance-I am DYING to see Kiss Me Kate....I'll concentrate on that for the moment and then see what I can do for the other two on a 'case-by-case' basis- we'll see... I'd almost resign just to get down there

Okay, here's what I've heard for Kiss Me Kate; Adam Murphy- Bill/Lucentio(I think that's his character's name?) Someone owes me money! I predicted that if Adam was going to be in a TPC production this year it would be KMK and as Bill. :'(Unfortunately I won't be able to get to Melbourne to see it. If it had been later in the year or even around Easter when I was seeing Cyrano I would have gone more than once. Hmm I'll think better go and start begging a friend to go on my behalf and get me a programme. LOL

Hey all you site fans! Can anyone tell me if they have heard if the rest of Sunset Boulevard has been cast yet? They had auditions for ensemble and smaller roles recently... everything seems quiet on the news front with that casting process right now.. please can you alleviate some cloud on the subject...

Hi,
Just found this info on The Production Company Website:
"We are now very excited about the much anticipated production of the Andrew Lloyd Webber classic, Sunset Boulevard starring Judi Connelli, David Campbell, Chelsea Plumley and Roger Howell. Featuring Terence Donovan, D J Foster, Peter Lowrey and Derek Taylor this production will be directed by Wayne Harrison, with musical direction by Peter Casey and choreography by Tony Bartuccio"
Sounds fantastic! Can't wait to see it! :-)

A friend and I went to the opening night of Sunset Boulevard and it was fantastic! The cast and company were outstanding. Congratulations to everyone involved in making the production such a success. Caroline
