PIRATES OF PENZANCE AUDITIONS

Auditions for the October 2004 production of "Pirates of Penzance" will be held on Sunday the 20th and Monday the 21st of June, 2004 at the Highfield Road Uniting Church Hall, Highfield Road, Canterbury.

BOOKINGS FOR AN AUDITION OPEN ON THE 1ST OF JUNE.

Babirra are still searching for a Frederic and a Ruth plus some young boys with deep voices to play pirates and police.

Should anyone be interested or know of someone who is interested please email paul.watson@planetproductions.com.au for further details.

Although I'm rather hoping that by "young boys" they mean "young men", or else I'm wondering exactly what I've gotten myself into. But if you know any tenors, altos or young basses, tell them to audition! I don't want to be doing a production of Pirates with a couple of leads missing

Great to hear it!

We had our meet-and-greet night tonight, and there are actually quite a lot of new people to Babirra in the cast, but the Babirra regulars are still lurking around the edges. And I'm sure Paul will be glad to have you in the cast
