AUDITION REQUIREMENTS
Download the Honk! Audition Information for full audition details and requirements.
Adult Candidates are required to prepare two songs in the style of the show and provide a non-returnable photo of themselves (approx 8 x 5 cms).
The two styles of songs we suggest are character based songs from similar Disney-esque musicals and then a contemporary piece from modern musical composers such as Jason Robert Brown, Stiles and Drewe or even ballads by Alan Menken or Stephen Schwartz.
Adults should also prepare a very short monologue in the accent required for the part they are applying for.
Children Candidates should prepare one song that they can sing comfortably and also prepare a few lines of a monologue so we can hear the British accent.
