You say Sweet Charity, too? Great, I'm never going to hear the end of it from Sally now Two that I think are possibilities are Gigi and Finian's Rainbow, and I've thought through possible casting for both, too

See, other than the obvious trends that they've had of composers and the like, I can't find any reason to think that any show is more likely than another, especially after last years left field entry of Sunset Boulevard. I can only say what I'd like to see, which probably isn't far off last year.
I still marvel that Rodgers/Hart, Lerner/Loewe & Sondheim are still entirely unrepresented. My hopes for them are Boys From Syracuse, Gigi and Merrily We Roll Along.
Other than that, Sweet Charity, City of Angels, West Side Story.
If I had to put money on something, for no good reason, it'd be Damn Yankees.

Pajama Game Sweet Charity Seven Brides for Seven Brothers See I'd go with those three - or State Fair, perhaps. Or Calamity Jane? Or Show Boat It *has* been a while. But definitely Sweet Charity, I'd love to see them do that. But then maybe that's just because I want to see it again, full stop

Oh and I was just reminded - would love them to do Thoroughly Modern Millie.

I think I forgot to mention The Fantasticks. Finian's Rainbow, I need to listen back to before I suggest any casting. Gigi, I'd love Chelsea Plumley as Gigi, but she's inconsiderate enough to be in London, so that's not an option And since it seems fairly widely assumed that TPC are doing The Pajama Game this year, I had a listen through, and on first listen, can picture Adam Murphy and David Campbell in it, as well as Lucy Durack, since she was in it at WAAPA, and it would make sence for her to reprise her role since she's a TPC favourite

Okay, listening back now to Finian and here's what I have so far. Sharon McLonergan: Lucy Durack or Trisha Crowe. I'd prefer Trisha, but Lucy would work, too. Og, the leprechaun: Simon Gleeson or Andrew Koblar. Two very different performers, and each would play the role very differently, but either would work, depending on interpretation. I'd go for Andrew, though, I think. Woody Mahoney: Matthew Robinson, but I am taking other suggestions Maid: Emma Powell. I think the character might be supposed to be black, but Emma's got the voice for it. Susan Mahoney: We need a beautiful dancer for this role, but I don't know the dancers so well. Renee Burleigh would be gorgeous for the role, but I don't know whether she dances. I'll probably post more later. I'm still thinking

There was some talk a month or two ago about the concert version of Les Miserables. One would hope not though and, do we really need to see see The Wizard of Oz again? Sweet Charity, please no, firstly it would be insane to try to do such a strong dance show with such a short rehearsal period never mind the fact we had a full production about 10 years ago, even less for The Wizard of Oz.

I doubt Les Mis would be TPC. I'm more inclined to expect it in October, to match the 21st anniversary celebrations, considering there's already things planned for Broadway and West End.

Well, so much for waiting before I announce those XD That's what I've heard, too. So, want to start casting?
Here's what I have off the top of my head.
Pajama Game: Sid - David Campbell or Ian Stenlake would be able to play that one Babe - Lucy Durack
Camelot: Lancelot - Scott Irwin, definitely Guenevere - which would mean Marina Prior
Thoroughly Modern Millie: Millie - Amanda Harrison Trevor - David Campbell, possibly

Does anyone know the dates for the TPCs this year? Because I'll guarantee that Urinetown will get extended past July 15 by the STC and if that happens it'll most likely knock out anyone appearing in the production having a chance to appear in the first TPC production of the year.
