New to the board? This is the place to say hi and introduce yourself to the rest of us.
Give us a few details about shows or performers you like, or simply say hello. It's up to you!

Firstly, welcome -great to have you hear. For any information on auditions (professional or otherwise) go to the link marked Auditions. Anything we hear about gets posted there. I saw Oklahoma for the first time the weekend just gone. Really enjoyed it. Hope to see you around often. Buff

I like Annie, too, and I see it at every opportunity. I also played keyboard-synthesizer for it once, and my good friend Phil is doing his second time as Warbucks. Other musicals I like are Man of La Mancha, Camelot, and Carousel.

Hi, my name is Laurie and I live in Sydney. I have always loved musical theatre and have an even keener interest in it now that my daughter is trying to get her start in the biz.
I also wanted to let you know that Andrew Koblar is in Shoosh with Glyn Nicholas at the Star City Showroom (my daughter and I are going to see it tomorrow night - 21/11). Have watched Andrew develop over the past few years. He and my daughter have tied for third place in a local talent quest! He is a lovely and extremely talented guy and we are really thrilled to see that he hasn't stopped working since he graduated from McDonald College.
Love your site.

Welcome to Wayakka, and I hope you enjoy Shoosh. It looks like great fun, and I'm waiting for it to get down to Melbourne. And yes, Andrew's a star. It's always great seeing him on stage. He was brilliant in Urinetown.
All the best to your daughter! I'm sure if she could tie with Andrew, she'll be able to go just as far.

Howdi!!!! The name's Carrie! Unfortunately I was born in the wrong country and there's a huge pond separating me from Australia. I live in England. Not good when your favorite performer is Australian and is always performing over there. If you haven't already guessed from signature, I'm a huge Natalie Bassingthwaighte fan! She is so talented! My favourite musical at the moment is Rent! But I love footloose, blood brothers and many others too! I just love them all! ;D

Gday Carrie, It's always good to get some jealousy, but have you noticed, you guys have that thing called the West End, and we have three major productions a year if we're lucky. We don't lack talent here (well, I do, but I mean as a country) but if I can throw some of that jealousy back at ya, it would be great to have the population to sustain a strong professional community. Would you believe I haven't actually seen Natalie in anything yet. Good to have you here. James

I'm loving the Silvie love here! Yes, I saw Carols by Candlelight. Did you see her with her little daughter at the end? So cute! Such a shame she didn't get to sing The Prayer with Kane this year.
And Annie Crummer and Amanda Harrison rock, too. I still get shivers thinking about Amanda's "No One But You".
